Executive Produced, Produced, Directed, and Wrote a feature length documentary about a dysfunctional men’s amateur baseball team of 40 year old men who reunite to compete after 16 years apart titled “Faded Glory.” (www.endorphinentertainment.com) Through securing major corporate sponsorships with Russell Athletics, Mizuno USA, Wyeth Corporation, Schutt Sports, Pro Sports, Cliff Bar and Glaceau Vitamin Water, raised capital to finance the production, uniform, equip and manage the team, and produce the film for less than $100,000. RESULT: Entered into 11 Film Festivals for 2009 and has a feature film deal in the works.
Produced SIX of the finest Do-It-Yourself DVDs in the home improvement industry. Through securing major corporate sponsorships and managing client relations with major corporations such as Mapei, Owens Corning, Westminster Ceramics, Blanke Corp, National Gypsum and Diteq raised the capital on several high-risk ventures.
Conceptualized and created the largest women’s mobile marketing tour in malls around the country by leading a creative/sales team in designing the name, the look and the overall concept. Signed a celebrity spokesperson and produced a 4-minute promotional DVD. RESULT: Gained national recognition by securing “Good Housekeeping”, as a major title sponsor.
Increased revenue for the largest girls junior achievement program in the country, “Miss Jr. America.” Through budget development and maximizing marketing dollars, instituted incentive programs for my own employees, which raised their level of productivity and increased direct marketing efforts. RESULT: Generated revenue increases from $250K to over $1M within two years.
Executive Produced and Produced the Miss Jr. America Pageant, increasing participation and attendance by over 400% within a period of 4 years. Signed long term contracts with the Doubletree Hotel chain.
RESULT: Became the #1 teenage pageant in the USA from 1996-2000.
SOLD a feature screenplay in excess of six figures to 20th Century Fox. RESULT: Created opportunities in Hollywood to work as a professional screenwriter and join the prestigious Writer’s Guild of America.
